We experienced a limited feature interruption related to Telehealth on January 10, 2023 around 3PM PST/6PM EST.

Our Engineering team quickly identified the root cause and implemented a solution within 45 minutes of the incident start. All Telehealth users attempting to join a call during this time had the potential to be affected.

We know that this may have impacted your workflow, and our team worked diligently to resolve this as quickly as possible. We are continuing to innovate and improve on our software and release practices and appreciate your patience as we do so.
